Default Shock opinion on '05 2/4 drop

I have a 2005 ECSB 2/4 drop. Front McGaughy's 2 in spindles, back McGaughy's shackle/hanger kit with their air bags.

When the stock shocks were on it I thought they were a little too soft for my taste.

I ordered KYB MonoMax. (Had a 93 with 4/6 drop and ran KYB gas-a-just shocks forever. Always liked them.) They told me they were for lowered trucks. Got them and they were stock length. That was ok for front since it's lowered with spindles, but rear needed to be shorter, so I got Bell Tech shock extenders. Been running them for 27,000 miles and ready to try new ones. They're a little too stiff for my taste. Seems to jump over bumps, too stiff. Don't have any problems with bottoming out since I have the airbags.

I've seen alot of posts about the Bell Tech Street Performance shocks. I'm thinking about trying these. Just wondering if anyone could tell me how these are in relation to the stock shocks (alot stiffer, softer, same). Also in relation to the KYB MonoMax if anyone has tried both of these.

I want my next shocks to be shorter in the rear so I don't have to use the shock extenders.

Thanks,
Corey
