Shocks for lowered Trucks
Alright so I'm new here to the site and to the whole lowered truck world. But I just picked up a 2000 RCSB Sierra with a belltech 5/7 drop kit with the belltech shocks, djm control arms, and 20'' Silverado SS wheels. I think the truck needs some new shocks but after looking on the site and some others I can't really figure out what other people are running on their lowered Trucks. So I was wondering what shocks are some of you guys running and how's the ride quality?

I just did the KYB Monomax shocks. Wow what an improvement. I have the 4" DJM upper and lower control arms. Before it felt like I was out for a cruise in a boat. Now it's nice and firm but not the drop kick you in the lower jaw stiffness. I had the toxic shocks on there before.

Ya I've heard some good things about kyb. Did you order regular length or did you order for lowered truck? (does is all depend on how much lowered the truck is?) I was on summit and they have options for lowered truck shocks and regular. But from some threads I saw everyone has just said regular length and either kyb, Doestch, edelbrock, or bilsteins but never says what kind or model or anything. I had bilsteins on my supercharged tundra I had a few years back and they rode pretty good but truck was stock height. Just really trying to figure out what kind of setups alot of others are running. Thanks in advance everyone
