Default Silverado leveling?

Is there an easy way to level a 99 silverado 2wd, without buying either a 2in spindle for the front or spring for the rear?

yup, thats all I have on mine and its within a 1/2" on all four fenders, full tank of gas makes the drivers side sit a little lower.
