Simple Tranny Question
I know this has probably been asked and answered a blue million times, but what do i need to do to keep my truck from falling flat on its face after shifting into second? its a 5.3/4l60e bone stock. Will a corvette servo fix this or just slightly benefit it? i'm looking for a complete fix lol thanks guys!

What do you mean fall on it's face? Lose power? Not accelerate as fast as first?
Many things to consider here.
A servo is a cheap mod to improve transmission function.
For more power or faster acceleration there are an abundance of things.
cam
stall
gears
long tubes
tune
nitrous
turbo
supercharger
etc.

the power is there it's not losing power, it's whenever I'm wide open after the truck shifts into second it falls on it's face and then runs great again, I'm looking for something to get it to shift and continue accelerating

After you described it a little more, I bet torque management is what you're after. GM pulls timing during the shift to protect the transmission, a tune can completely eliminate it or reduce it. You can also adjust shift tables, line pressures, etc.

i think the giant drop in rpm from 1st to 2nd with the ratios in a 60e is what he is feeling. stall and tune. shift at a higher rpm so it doesnt fall so far out of the power
