Iwas wondering about the rear shocks...everyone wants to squat better so they want worn out shocks...so before i throw out my question are our shocks gas-charged or do they have oil valveing in them???
My question is why not drill a whole in the shock and remove all the pressure?? Sure the ride would suck but it would still give some "rigidity" to the suspension but it wouldn't prevent the truck from squating as much.
Does that make sense or have I been up too long?

you can give it a shot drilling a hole in them. im pretty sure litredevil did this.
the way i understand caltracs, they need a shock with more rebound b/c they're lifting the rear of the truck and planting the tires down to the pavement.

Shocks
i still have the ranchos. they ride awsome especially since the truck is pretty much back to stock height except leveled out in the rear. it's just trial and error to see what works for the truck to hook up.
