Default Sluggish

Would gears solve my problem of being sluggish out the hole? I need something that would get this thing of the line quicker than what it is doing right now.

truck is a 2000 v6 RCSB silverado.

Mods: K&N CAI, exhaust, and a thunder racing tune.

Would like to get some info on that. Don't want to hear GET A V8 lol
