Default So I Blew Up An Already Blown Transmission

So any how previously my trans had a bad 3-4 clutch and all I had was 1st and 2nd gear. So I was going out to my shop to go to work as I left the stop sign at round 15-20 mph I just laid into it in 1st gear then as I get to about 30-35 it lets go. My speedo still works but my trans doesnt, it makes a slight whine sound with some clunking.

Well that didn't take long

Hope you get it back up soon; I'm curious as to what your setup will do. I've always been a fan of big cammed n/a engines.

If your speedo still works then your trans is still turning I would be looking at the drive shaft yoke or rear end, The speedo sensor picks up off the output shaft so its turning something behind it isn't

Yeah but he could have broken the output shaft in behind the sensor but infront of the yoke

Nope

All the guts have to come out of the trans to get to the output shaft
