Rossler makes a MVB for one, so I guess you could forgo the electronics if you want to shift it yourself and if you can find a shifter for it.

Interesting but how would that work??? There aren't enough detents to shift through each gear.
There is Park, Reverse, Neutral, Drive, Manual (but still electronic), and First.
