Default Speedo correction after gear change

What methods are you guys using to correct the speedometer after you change the ring and pinion? I know I can get the update on my ECM from W4M by sending it back. Any thing I can do myself?

Nope. The VSS is electronig, not gear driven

Took mine to the dealer to have them reprogram the pcm for 35 bucks
no problems.

You can do it with many of the Downloaders out there.
