Default spinning is no fun, help.

Was at the track tonight and kept blowing the tires off in 1st , I know the truck is light in the back. I thought about adding a bladder, thoughts on that? I know yall will say get dr but I don't really want to have to deal with that.I have the stock 93 rear end with 3.42s, thinking of adding a new posi unit. It's my dd but does see track time fairly often. What brands should I look at and why? I plan on boost down the road so would like it to hold up to 450-500 to the ground eventually. Thoughts opinions? Mods in sig ...Thanks

I would not add more weight for traction. The improvement if any would not be worth it once moving. I would look into the cal-tracs or something along those lines and check into slicks or drag radials. Just find a cheap or used set of rims to mount them to, makes for a quick change out.

It's not mentioned but I am assuming 2wd right?

ya. my thoughts are as follows...

what in your mind tells you you can hook a lq9 with a 4,000 stall in obs with 20 inch street tires?

thats all.

i see you are a z71. if you plan to run in 2wd i have a amazing suspension set up for those years im willing to sell in detail for 30 bucks.. lol jk

This may be a dumb question but aren't all Z71's 4x4? I don't think I have ever seen a 2wd Z71... it just would make no sense.

Assuming you have 4x4 just flip the switch and launch that way =)

all z71 are 4wd up untill like 07 or so when the tahoes had a 2wd option and a az71 appearance option.

also unless those tires get a nice bite and let that suspension some what work i dont see a 4,000 stall lq9 hooking
