Spraying NX on the TB stalls...
Well since the stock V6 60e only lasted a month behind the new 5.3L I had to replace the trans. I got a mild built 65e with a TB stall. It consitantly flashes to 25-2600ish. I know quite a bit of you guys on here run the TB stalls... Who is spraying on them and are they lasting?!
Thanks
Thanks

Is it the stock TB stall or circle D? If its stock i wouldnt recommend it. Seen to many guys just make too much na power and tear them apart much less with nitrous. If its circle D then go for it. I sprayed mine when i had it.

Yeah, im second guessing the stock reworked TB stall i have. Guess circle D is the way to go

It will flash higher if you are spraying right out of the hole, more torque = more flash. That being said, I'd spray it like a roach. It would definetely perform better with an aftermarket converter though, but you should be just fine.

I wouldnt do it.I busted what I think is some type of thrust bearing at the pump hub in my Circle D TB converter. Not really too sure on when it happened because,It kind of reared its head over time. The converter was behind my 4.8 in a 5000lb. truck then on to my camaro which had a set of drag radials on it and seen a good share of 1.7 60fts.The truck was putting down 500-550 to the wheels though. That set up was only ran for 100 miles give or take. The camaro had it in for good 5000-6000 miles then I started having a problem with line pressure holding 3rd gear clutches and 2/4 band.

You very possibly just had a failure with the converter that I would be willing to bet was not related to the spray. I have a friend that has a 6yr old pos tci that has had 40 bottles through it probably.
