I had to move my pinion angle on my 99 silverado 10 bolt. I have a 4" hanger and shackle kit with a custom tranny mount.

I need to cut the perches and weld on new ones. Anyone know the correct size. I think the axle tubes are 3".

cant you just shim it? There are shims available that are shaped like a wedge that will add or remove pinion angle for exactly what you are doing.

I have done that. I have a 6 degree shim now and it needs another 2 degrees in there. I'm having to move the pinion angle a total of 8 degrees.

I just buy a generic spring perch from summit for a 3 inch tube 2.5 wide for the spring.

I will have to check I think mine were afco's

I just looked on Summit and it seems the afco's went up in a price a little. The Mopar performance looks the same for a few dollars less.

The all stars are to thin. I sent them back for the afco's.

Stock axle tubes are bigger than 3" if I remember.

You should be able to take a 3" and use a burr on a die grinder to carefully get it out to size.

Just a hair but a 3inch spring perch sits on 8.625 10 bolt housing perfectly with no grinding required. I just confirmed on my silverado the tube notch sit's down all the way on the tube.

I bought the Afco 20232.
