I've got the 3200 & it takes about 1300rpms to start truck moving, but it moves with idle. Flashes to around 3100 & brake stalls to around 2400. Really drives like normally till you gas it

My circle D barely moves at idle and performs basically the same as mhotrodscooter mentions. The falloff between gear changes is really nice; about 200 rpm at part throttle and around 1500 at WOT.

bump.

I'm trying to decide as well. The circle D is like half the price of the yank, right?

If Circle D was half the price of Yank, I'd have bought one already.

I just checked both sites. the circle d is $395 & yank is $725. Am I not looking at the right ones?

The Circle D converter you are looking at is a re-stalled Trailblazer I6 converter which is where the price difference comes in. If your not making huge power with boost or spray then I would definitely go that route. The Yank is a custom built stall and they build great stalls too. Yank offers 1 free re-stall with their converters, I'm not sure about Circle D.

with your set up you would probably like the Circle D. I have nothing but good stuff to say about mine. Mine acts a little different being awd. mine foot braked to 3000 and flashed about 3400. And chris is a stand up guy and willing to help you if you have any questions. Iv never owned a yank so can't really say anything about them.
