Default stall

ok guys hear me out....im really wanting a 3000tt but how well does the trailblazer i6 converter hold up in an ecsb..nothing special right now, just wondering if it will last a while if i put one in. and would i need a new tune for the verter?

doesnt it stall our truck to around 2600?

you don't "have" to have a tune with a new converter, but you will WANT to have a tune with it...

say i didnt get a tune for a while...will the converter still flash to what its supposed to do and lock up and what not?

I'm not sure if this applies going from stock to that, but i had a looser, higher stall in when mine was tuned, and i put in a smaller, tighter stall and it works fine except in wot. It's fine in wot, but on a wot shift from 2nd to 3rd it over rev's until i back out of it, but that's just because of how it was tuned for the previous stall.
