Default Stall/Caltracs

Is a stall or Caltracs going to give me any better 60' times on a 2wd extended cab FI truck with street tires on it? I know both of these items would be most effective with slicks or drag radials but I drive my truck 99.9 percent of the time on the street. I was cosidering a 2600 to 3000 stall but I was just wondering if my times will be slower due to traction loss. Currently my best 60' has been 2.09 but I average closer to 2.20.
