What kind of car is it?

3,000-3,400 sounds like enough from what you describe.

what sort of street use? street racing? cruiser? etc...

prolly a 3200 would be more than plenty for a street car with the hot cam

The hotcam is like a 218/ 22x on a 112lsa ? I would say a 3200 would be fine for strEet use... But I'm no expert

The Hotcam is 218/227 112lsa. All of the above suggestions will get you where you want to be.
