Stall on a faily stock ECSB
Ok so its a 04 Silverado ECSB 54kmiles, Custom CAI, Exhaust, Servo, Few freebie mods, and fully tuned with wideband by me (small ammount of tq mant still). 3.73 Gears and VHO wheels and suspension package. It shifts great and runs very well. I have LTs in garage to go on soon, and cams rockers etc to come.
Question: If i drop a Circle-D lets say 3k TC in it, should i be worried about the 4L60 dieing on me? it seems the TC is a great Bang for Buck option, and with the cam later on its a win win.
Thanks for any insight...

Think the stock cooler that came on the truck is good? Its pretty nice in size and i never notice the temp going over 140 on a 90 plus day, though the looser TC i can see causing more heat.

im running the stock cooler with a circle-d 3k stall. it usually runs 165-185 but i monitor it when i run the truck hard. next summer i might throw a slightly larger cooler on it though.
