Default stiff clutch pedal problem

Ok , so I have an 06 Silverado 1500 v6 5 speed and my clutch is stiff enough to give you knee problems. I've drove it like this for years but recently got a job that I'm 10 hours a week in traffic and its killing me. nothing I know of is binding, the travel is smooth and I don't notice any binding. My buddy had a 93 Silverado with the 5.7 and nv3500 and another buddy had a 2003 with the 4.8 and nv3500, both trucks I could rest my foot on the clutch and disengage the clutch, soft as hell and easy to drive. Both of them get in my truck and wonder wtf? Lol. Anybody have this issue before and was able to fix it? And please no trolling, I love this truck, this transmission and I'll never own another automatic.

It's probably got slave cylinder. I had the same problem with an older truck. I just replaced the master and slave cylinders.

Replaced slave just recently after it cracked and went through the firewall. Is there any sort of adjustment or is it because of my clutch that's in it. the clutch was replaced about a year ago and it's still the same.

I had an 03 4.3/nv3500 same problem. Clutch was like pushing a cinder block through mud. Don't have a fix for ya but after 5 1/2 years my left calf was an inch and a half bigger than the right.
