Default Sumitomo Tires?

Anyone heard of them? Looking at some Sumitomo HTR Sport H/P tires. Much less expensive than the others but never heard of them. Trying to decide on my rim options. 18's (27lbs) with 285's (Pirelli Sorpions at $157) or 20s (28lbs) with 295's in this tire ($144 or the 285 Scorpions, $252 - ouch). I realize the weight more on the outside will make a slight difference, but just not sure it would be that much different.

I had a set of Sumitomo's on my Ram a few years back. They were sport A/T's. Excellent freakin tire. These were a speed rated All Terrain Tire. Really Aggressive tread pattern and looked awesome. Mine were 285 or 295 65 18's. I would definitely have bought these again and would if I had a taller more off road looking truck. I never had one problem with this particular tire either.
