Suspension squeak..Help!
Hello again, I need some help and advice on where to go with this, but I have an 2002 Silverado ext cab auto 5.3L and only at 25mph and above going over railroad tracks and speed bumps, theres a I high pitched squeak coming from the left side of the truck, but I cannot determine if it's the front or the back or maybe both! I come to this website alot and I found out that on these trucks theres a rubber piece in the leaf springs in the rear that either wears out or just deteriorates! if so what is the part number for these and could it be a hub and bearing as well!! any help would be great and much appreciated.
Thanks to all.....

if it's coming from the leaf springs it's a pretty easy fix...
get ya some bearing grease or similar, put a decent amount all over the leafs where they lay on top of one another and wrap the leafs tight in duct tape and drive around for a week, the grease will work it's way into the leafs when it shifts on bumps and it'll go away.
