Question swap 4L60-E 4 A 5 or 6 speed stick

Ok im tired of tranny problems! I need some help or advice on doing a swap if its even worth it or not! Can it even b done! Any comment will help. Thanx!

there is a thread about swapping to a t56, to be honest, i would do that instead of a nv3500.

i agree with 2005silverado. t56 is a ton better trans over the nv3500.

K I dunno what either of those trannys r? Both r five speeds? The T56 is a truck tranny? Lil more info please guys. Thanx 4 the other info going to find the thread! Might have to forward it to me tho lol!

Do research before starting threads, not trying to be an *******, but there is a reason there is a search.

T56 is a 6 speed, its what 4th gen fbody's use.

NV3500 is the standard 5 speed in the late model trucks.

NV4500 is the standard 5 speed it is used in 3/4 tons behind the 6 liter, i dont know much about them.
