Question sway bar

Can a rear sway bar be installed if you have 2" rear drop shackles? Does the bar have to be modified somehow?

I have the Hellwig sway bar (for the GMT 900s) on my truck with 2" GF drop shackles. the bar has a lot of adjustment so you can install it on just about any height truck

I dropped the back of my truck 3" and put a suburban sway bar on and it works great! Best 40 bucks I ever spent.
