Question sway bar and load spring

hey guys got a 99 nbs gmc 2500 2wd 6.0,

its got a few mods, i wanna set it for drag, would it be better to remove the front sway bar for weight tranfer to the rear wheels, i know alot of f body guys do it, i know it give me alot of body roll but ill take it off at the track

also would removing the rear load leaf spring aka the small one help the rear sit better, ive heard but idk. id figured id ask here,
