First of all, has anyone heard of Hellwig? are their swaybars worth anything?
Secondly, is it really imperative to buy both the front and rear ones at the same time, or will i notice a difference if i just buy one? If so, would a front or rear swaybar swap make the most difference?

yeah hellwig is a great company. what are the sizes do they offer? what came stock in your truck? those are things you should look at. and a rear would help a great deal.

oh ok so stock i don't even have a rear sway bar?
Hellwig's rear sway bar that's on summit racing is a 1 1/8" diameter. There's also a product by Belltech in a 1" diameter for $10 less.
