Yes Im pretty sure it is, and it drives almost as good as stock.

im running the tb stall and have had no complaints with it. still tows fine and cut 2 tenths off my 60 foot. fixing to go bigger for my cam though.

Had a stall installed on mine when I got my trannie built 2000 Brake stalls to 2200. I was not sure how high because I use my truck for work and haul on a regular bases. Love the stall could have gone 2400 to 2600. The stall feels almost stock but when it takes off the engine is not working to get you to higher RPMs. Wot is when you feel the most out of the stall now I can only imagine how a higher stall feels. Ill go higher only with a cam.
