Default tci converter

i bought a tci converter on december 8th.had a new trans build and had truck running on the first on january .mid january trans goes completely out we pull it and the pump is eat up so i take converter to guy that builds my race converters (i run a mid 8 second 10.5 tire car)he puts the conveter on his lathe that he builds his conveters on and you can see the front hub and snout wable with your eye so he checks and it is out of round a bunch.i sent converter to tci and call them to day and they tell me that the hub was worn to bad to get a reading and that they feel that the conveter didnt tear up the trans.BULLSHIT TCI SUCKS.dont buy them and i hope they go out of bussiness.they wouldnt even send the parts their warranty card said they will pay for clutches and thats it well 3\4 clutches were burnt and they said their card doesnt say that and i was reading it from the card.TCI SUCKS

What is bad, is he didn't mention the trans had over 200k on it and never had a problem, the he rebuilds it and ran for about a month and never raced it and the trans goes out after maybe 500 miles. Funny never had a problem untill he put the TCI in, I know I won't buy **** from them now, especially after the way they treated Chris about not given warranty.
EDIT: You shoulda have bought a Dayco! LOL!!!!

WHY dont they just fix their converters and stop sending out shitty ones. To me its worse to acknowledge the few that get the ***** and call them then the one that ditch and rebuild the tranny and go with different converters.
