Ok I still have the 4/6 Flip kit Part#DJM-FK10256. Put it back on? I also have the front stock hangers that came off the truck. However I do not have the stock rear shackles.

No I'm not saying put the front back on(a 4/6 implies 4" lower in the front and 6 in the back). I'm saying, just install the rear flip kit for 6" of drop. Put all your stock stuff back on and see how that works for you. Worst case cenario, you can buy a set of lift shackles that will put you at a 2/5 drop.

keep in mind that the rear bumper is not on that truck, I know that when my brother in law removed his rear bumper the back of the truck came up almost 2", enough to negate the 2" drop shackle he had just installed

There is the outside possibility that the original owner thought the rear was too low with the flip and added a leaf or put springs in with more arch in them. Also isn't there a little tit that goes from the spring perch into the springs? If that isn't lined up it could jack it up a little(but not as high as yours is). I wonder how high that thing would have set if you hadn't put the hangers and shackles on!!!!!

If all the bushings get tightened up with the suspension unloaded it wont settle out like it should. Loosen all the leaf spring bolts off and tighten them up while the truck is sitting on its own weight.
