Default Terrible street traction!!!!! help!!!!

My truck has always had some issues with traction on the street, but it is to the point where I want to get rid of it because it is useless on street!!! :cry
Even on drag radials below 35 mph if you go wot and it drops into 1st gear it will leave 100 foot set of black marks. Don't even try to launch it because it will not even move. The truck leaves good at the track and has been a best of a 1.61 60' on 255/50R16 drag radials. I have done everything I can think of to help it including "caltracks" which I think made it worse. I am just trying to figure out how you turbo guys can even take off from a stop light with more than 30% throttle without looking like a .

I just push my 4x4 switch.

You'll need more tire(taller & wider) to get more traction, or you could learn how to roll into the throttle.

So basicly just tire... Thanks for the input I guess it is just a truck problem then. I would do a big mickey but they don't last long at all on the street.

I'm running a 265/65/17. My truck if i ''ROLL'' into it does not spin much at all believe it or not. Now from a dead stop just punching the gas it's just stupid

I wish I could.

as far as rolling into it from anything below 30 mph it downshifts and spins as soon as you get to 50-60% then spins so then I let out of it then get back in it and it bogs. O well I guess it is only good for higher speed rolls and racing where you are suppose to at a track.

You can adjust the downshift points in your tune.
