th400 9''

Is there any difference in strength between the 4'' and 9'' th400?

I would say only if it is running the smaller output shaft diameter. However I have never personally ever seen an output shaft break on a th400.

Mine is a 27 tail shaft. When I get ready to rebuild it want make sure it going to hold what im planing throw at it
