I modified my factory one, which was modified for a T56 , but if I had to do it again, I'd start with a 5spd crossmember. I think all you'd have to do is make a spacer that's an inch or so and it would line right up.

I want to say it similar to the 80e,

I modify crossmembers all the time. If you can give me the measurement from front of bellhousing on the stock one, and then the th400 I can modify it for you.

The 80e is a lot longer than the th400. I want to say the mount on the 80e is a good 3" further back. Not only that, but the height of the mount is quite different from the 60e/80e.
