Question is there a clutch adjustment?

is there a clutch adjuster somewhere on a 1999 4.8 drivetrain and if so where would it possibly be?

My 05 didn't have one nor does my 95. If you are having releasing issues it is most likely your slave cyl. If not that then the Master cyl, bad pressure plate or simply low on fluid.

oh...the only issue im dealing with is slippage when i really get on it...my fluid lever is fine...and i know the clutch has been slowly getting more and more slippy ....just ordered a spec stage 2+ and am awaiting its delivery...just wondering if there was some adjuster somewhere to increase the engagement pressure...

You would have to spend at least $1500 for a clutch that has an adjustable pressure plate (mcleod soft-loc for example). No factory clutches are adjustable in that way. Time for a new one.
