If you see any updates for you tranny just print this out and take to the dealer and tell them you need all of the latest GM factory ECM & TCM updates for your truck. I let them know the shifting on my truck at low speeds was kinda speratic, it was always seaching for the right gear when I was doing things like coasting through parking lots.
XLR8NSS, I dind't touch any of the tranny tables except for my shift rpm, I got rid of the lazy downshifts by tweaking my high and low octane timing maps... In a nutshell I smoothed the stock tables some, bumped the whole thing up 2-3 degrees and set the top of the powerband to 22-23* overall timing. There are a few of us out there with Denali's data loggin and sharing tunes, the timing tweaks really helped my truck out in both perfomance and responsiveness....Don't need near as much pedal to hual a$$ or respond to downshits...No KR here of course....
