There's some paperwork that comes with the wiring. I seen it for myself yesterday when I packed it all in the crate. Make sure when you install the converter that the mounting pads are in 1" past the face of the bell housing. There is a piece of paper with the converter with a couple tips to install it. 80 converters can be a bit tricky. I'm sure when you see the trans you will be sporting a woody! Vince

Have you bought the wiring harness for the 80e?
You dont need a new drive shaft, all you need is a longer yoke. I picked mine up from the local drive shaft shop, just aske for a yoke for the 400 tanny, there are two of them tell them you need the long one.

00z71 I did not know that but I am getting 1350 steel yoke with a new 3.5''ds hopeing it never brakes along with a ds loop for protection.
