Default thoughts on doing a 14 bolt swap

alright.. this is it. I am hoping to get feed back on some of you who have done a 14 bolt swap to get rid of the 10 bolt.. I'm doin all this in my caddy. is it worth swapping it in? or just getting a custom one made? what kind of center sections should I run and axles? do you know what trucks or vans came with the 6 bolt pattern with discs??
