I have the inserts by themselves if you want a pair. I did it on my truck!
It should work fine. Look at your tie-rod, if its subjected to angle it needs correcting.

Im not to familiar with the AWD setup so im not 100% possible it will work or what your front suspension looks like.

Not sure but I know the awd suspension is different, more like the 4wd without the coils to allow for the front driveshafts.

The threaded inserts? Did you got 2 pairs when you did yours or what? cause they are suppost to stay inside the spindle right?

I'll try to get a pic of the angle it has, what I wanted to know is if my truck uses the same spindles as a 4x4 silverado truck, which I think is all the same parts as long as its a gm truck.

Yes, i have an extra set of inserts, all you need is a tap and a drill bit. You can find this at NAPA. You probably already have it around.

Yes you are right, no coil springs, but it must use the same spindles, inner and outer tie rod ends etc. as any gm truck, I just want to make sure.

just take a pic with the wheel off and we will be able to tell.

It is reversible. Its just a threaded taper, If you need to flip them back over just unscrew the insert and install the other way!

so what does the inverted tie rod actually do? my spindle kit said I may need to invert the tie rod ends, but I didnt. And there was like an 05 silverado that came in to my work the other day with the ball joints inverted. so it made me confused since that was a 2wd and I thought the inversion was only for AWD/4WD.
