It is much easier to install the servo's and kit with the trans out of the vehicle. Take pictures when you are taking it apart. You will get confused on a lot of things. Trust me. Pay attention to bolts and length in the valve body. All the check ball locations. When working on the valve body only do one thing at a time and have everything ready and in line to go right back in.
And the servo is definatly easier to install with the tranny out!!
Last thing be sure you dont lose the steel ***** when you remove the valve body and be sure they are in the right places when you put it all back together.
other than those few tips I thought it was a pretty easy project.
