Default time for some 3.73s

Just got back from a2500 mile trip towing a 5500lb camper. The w4m tune on 89 octane helped, but having to hit 78 mph to reach 2000rpm is scary! It does fine till I get a head wind then it doesn't want anything to do with overdrive. I think the 3.73s will up the rpm s by about 200 at 70. Am I close?
