you guys have pictures of this 1" drop position. I didn't think my leaf end would fit deeper into the shackle.

Wow guess I'm not the only one with that lean problem. My 02 Silverado wasn't noticeable until I lowered it with the DJM A arm and coils. I put a coil spacer in it and that helped. Last year I went to a full Air Ride, tubular A arms and 4 Bar and still have to put 5lbs or so more air in the drivers front. If I don't and it tilts there is a slight pull to the left that reminds me to do it. I even moved the battery to the bed and had no effect also 1/4 tank still no effect. I'd like to know what the problem really is , must be something in the suspension pick up points, production variances???

The problem is actually related to a dual battery option, which no one ever gets.

In the part number stickt thread, there is an RPO for a second battery. I assume this is for severe weather climates. This option puts the second battery directly over the right front tire.

Now, the vehicle was designed with this option, but it is never utilized giving us "chevy lean".

The best option is to remove a 1/4- 1/2 coil from the front left spring. That is, after all, where the problem originates.

The next option is to install the spacer. However, since these are usually rubber, they will wear and you will be right back where you started.

The last option is to goof around with the shackles as mentioned above.

I have tried adjusting the torsion bars and didn't make a difference. I makes me lean toward trading it. I was able to make a difference with my air shocks. For awhile I could not find seperate air valves for the shocks, but now I have and I am able to put 40lbs in th right and 120lbs in the left and it made a difference. Has anyone tried the new firestone air shocks for the front.

Well I believe the battery thing but I tossed out the whole stock suspension front and rear and moved the battery to the front pass side bed and I still have a lean... don't know how they built the lean in.
