Default tires

Im trying to decide what tires to buy for my 01(sig). Looking at Kumho Ecsta STXs, General Grabber UHPs, and Yokohama Advan st. Anyone with good/bad experience with any of these?

Im kinda leaning towards the Kumhos because they come in a 275/60-17 and the other two are 275/55-17. My trucks lowered around 3 in front and 5 in back (not including factory block out so 7 with that).

Comments/info/advice?

Had the kumho's and for the price they are a pretty good tire. in my opinion. but don't expect them to last too long 25k maybe. no problems though. don't know which look your going for on your truck with the different sizes though.

go with the 275 55s cuz I think the 60s will look too tall and u might have a inner fender rub.. potentially. I have 275 50s out back on mine and I have about an inch and a half or 2 of clearance before my tire hits feender because I have a 0 offset. Just a thought

Im gunna throw these on my escalade 17s to run until I get 22s, prob keep em for the track too. For how much I drive mileage isnt a concern really.

I think thats what Im going with, traction is a plus, but I wouldnt mind something that wears decent, and Im still on the fence between a 60 and 55 series sidewall.

I have put close to 10k on mine with alot of rear tire spinning and they have alot of meat left. I don't see 20k on the rears being a problem and prob 30k or close to it on the fronts.

I've gone thru 3 sets of GY GTII's and I'm convinced that they're not made for the hot pavement of Texas, they wear way too fast.

I've looked at the Falken and Kumho, and ended up with the Hankook Ventus ST Rh06. I feel they're a little more cost effective. I have 275/55/20's on the truck now and I really like them. I have a second set in the garage hardly used from my 17's, same tire just 255/50/17.
