Just wanted someones opinion on this, found it on Ebay and thought the price was good and I'm in need of one. Wondering if it's worth spending the time and money on it?

It's not going to be very efficient being a 12" converter. If I were you I'd spend the extra to get a yank.

Appreciate the info. I thought that was the case but just wanted to make sure. Know of any places to buy one from that have good quality converters for a fair price?
