With your stall converter I going to guess that you are getting a P0751 and P0757 codes. Your tuner will need to clear the codes and then delete the test for these codes. This will correct your problem.
The reason for this is with a higher stall converter your computer thinks your transmission is slipping. Basically the higher stall is showing slipage as far as the computer is concerned. Do as I advised and I bet your issues will be taken care of. Vince B
