Default Which Torque Converter to get???

While I'm ready to pull the trigger on a torque converter for my build. The engine is a LQ9 6.0L with Comp 223/231 .610/.617, 112lsa, L92/Ls3 Heads w/ 68cc chambers and Patriot Gold .660 lift spring and stainless valves, LS3 intake manifold, Comp Push-rods and Ls2 Timing set. The Truck's got a 3.73 Posi rear end.
Max budget: $500 or a little bit more.

I was looking at these:

YANK TRUCK THRUSTER 3000 4L60E/4L65E
278 mm, 3000 stall, 2.21 STR, 98.6% efficiency! This converter is a modified Truck Thruster 2600. Being so, it shares the stock-like appearance, super-high efficiency, and impressive towing capacity of its lower stall brother. $575 + $55 shipping to AK

or

Circle-D GM 278mm HP 4L60E LS Torque Converter with 3000-3200 stall speed. $395 + $100 shipping to AK

or

TCI 242931 - TCI Streetfighter Torque Converter with 3000-3400 stall speed. (I've heard these aren't to good)
About $500 with free shipping to AK

Which one should I get for my setup, keep in mind this motor is in my 1969 Chevy Std Cab Short bed stepside.

can the first one not cause its a YANK ( they make damn good converters ) can the last one cause i dont care for them lol ( hahahaha no reason reason sorry ) so that leaves you the middle which is circle-d hmmm now all i can say is i am very pleased with my reworked converter by them and 99.99% of the people who has them luv them.. BUT why limit yourself to a 3000-3200?

did ya talk to chris and you both came up with that stall speed?

go circle-d 3200-3400 pending on use of truck

Call Dave, then call Chris, listen to their recommendations, decide from there. Never had a problem with Yank(personally).

Stay away from the TCI.

I had the yank in mine at first, good stall but vary tight for my 5.3 but would work good for your 6.0, id go with circle d cause everyone thats got one is 100 percent happy with them. tci is garbage id rather keep the stock one then put that thing in there.

forget TCI, I never hear anything good about them. Yank has always done me solid, I hear good things about CircleD too. Their BOTH forum sponsors, no way to go wrong.

I'm thinking I'm going to go with the Circle-D.....3200. I don't really want to go over that stall speed I'm just making this truck a fun cruiser and I might run it at the track once just to see where it stands.

I really like my Circle-D converter, and the customer service that I received from Chris was excellent, I would recommend them to anybody Of course, Yank has a stellar reputation also, and the folks who have their converters have been more than satisfied
