Default torque converter selection

I need help selecting a torque converter, it is a 72 GMC truck with an LQ4 6.0 swap and 4l60e transmission. heads are ported 243 ls6 heads compression is 10.5 to 1 cam specs are 600 lift 224 dur in 232 exh with 113 lsa. It has the trail blazer SS intake manifold with the 90 mm throttle body. Peak power is at 5700 RPM and no shortage of low end torque. It has a ford 9 in rear end with 4.11 gears and I am keeping the lock up function for the torque converter. I was thinking of somewhere in the 2500 range this truck sees street/strip driving. Tire diameter is 28 in and at 75mph it tacks 2500 with the converter locked. I know generaly speaking you try to keep the stall speed below cruising rpms but I can't find much on the lock up converters. I was tossing up the idea of a 3000 stall but think that might be too much for a street vehicle with an overdrive transmission.

Tons of guys around here run 3600 multi disk setups.
The budget/mild version would be circle d 3200 stall
The more agressive version would be circle d or yank 34-3600

What stall do you run and how often do you drive your truck. How dose it act for you. I have always been told to error on the conservative side with torque converters.

I have had a 3200, 3600 and 4000 converters all in a DD with my heavy truck
all have been very very DDable with a good tune.
a 3600 multi disk would be a blast in that truck
