Default Torque specs on shocks

What are the recommended torque specs on tightening down your shocks?

I plan on installing my Bilstien's this weekend and perhaps my swaybars, but wanted to make sure I do it right, and not just strong arm it on.

I don't know the spec but I tightened the nut and bolt mine to about 120ft/lbs. The second time I replaced them, I used my 1/2 inch impact until it stopped moving. The top nut on the front shock is a little different. I tightened it until the 2 rubber donuts were firmly squished but not pancaked if that makes any sense. Too tight and you loose the give in the rubber grommets. Too lose is not goo either.

Hope that helps.
