Chevy GMC leveling ( about 2")
Here is the Ford key part number:
XL3Z5B328CA
A good place to get them is Ford Parts Online
**These keys work best on 1/2 tons

For the 3/4 ton trucks and above use the "green key" or the 1/2 Chevy key. 15592573 you can get them from GM Parts Direct

FAQ:
Q: That info you gave on the ford key and cranking the t-bars was great. Thanks. I have a question, when I want to the ford parts web site I entered the part # you gave and two parts came up and I wonder if you tell me which one I need. There was one for Expedition, Navigator 4wd '97-'02 AND F-150/250 4wd 97-04. If you can help me I'd really appreciate it.
Thank you.

A: It is the same part, it just goes on 2 different vechicals, it does not matter, they are one in the same

Q: If I use heavier torsion bars, do I have to use heavier keys on my 1/2 ton?
A: No, keep your 1/2 ton keys

Q: Can I use ford keys with heavier torsion bars?
A: Yes, put you will have steeper angles.

Q: Should I use ford keys for my 2500HD?
A: No, use the "green key" or the 1/2 Chevy key. 15592573 you can get them from GM Parts Direct

Q: Can I use ford torsion bars?
A:

Q: Can't I use a C-clamp instead of a puller like you have?
A: Yes, but I consider it to be more dangerous.

Q: How much lift can I get out of ford keys?
A: That really depends on your torsion bars, and how much you are willing to crank. It differs from .5" to 3" i personally only wanted to get my fender at 49" which is about 2"

Q: Will the ford keys work on a 88-98 truck?
A: Yes they will! We found this out after a brave member tried it successfully.

Q: Will the "green keys" from the 1/2 tons work on the 88-98 heavy duty trucks?
A: I think so, but I have never tired.

Q: How long does this install take?
A: Depending on how careful you are, cranking takes about 5 minutes, and the keys/bars take about 30-90 minutes

Q: Will my ride suffer?
A: Yes a little, ignore it

Q: What torsion bars do I have?
A: Read the tags under on the back of the bars then match them with the codes I have

I think that this might need to be a sticky

So for say a 93 2500 you would want to use the Green Key # 15592573?

Also a reminder don't waste your money on so called "leveling kits". I see people buying these all the time for $60-100 and even more. They're just molded ford keys with new serial numbers stamped on them.
Ford keys are only like $20 a pop at www.fordpartsonline.com

The puller he's talking about is a 7-ton gear puller(craftsman)....I wouldnt use anything smaller than that, its easy to get the old keys off, but when you try to load the new keys they can be pretty tight and make sketchy noises. I have done a few jobs and not had any probs with the 7-ton, or you can get the GM tool.

the earlier "leveling kits" sold were actually Ford keys with the ford part numbers ground off!
