Traction Bars

I have a 2003 Chevy truck with a 5.3L. I seem to have alot of wheel hop when taking off. I am thinking that I need some traction bars. I don't know much about them. Can any of you help me with this?

Just a suggestion....try some leaf spring clamps. They are cheaper than traction bars and they helped eliminate wheel hop on my truck.
