Default Traction bars questions

Is worth it to buy them just so I can take out the overload leaf. Currently have 2-4 drop and want a little more in back but read if removed the overload will cause wheel hop. Also will they help for traction on regular street tires and how much more of a pain in the *** will they make for getting truck on the lift, especially on the driver side with the gas tank.

go with calvert cal tracs, or assassin bars. Both wont make it a PITA getting on the lift, and they dont extend forward beyond the spring bolt up front. They will help on the street and at the track.

Assassin bars FTW! I have had both and currently run assassin bars on my truck with the overload removed on a 2/4 drop. The assassin bars have much better features over the caltracs as far as adjustability goes, ease of installment, tuning, and assassin bars feature a built in axle tie down which is great for when you strap the truck to the dyno or a trailer
