Tranfer case issues?

mY t-case took a full bolt on 5.3 with a 100 shot 3K stall and cam now its taking the 418 so far I played in 4lo today with it and it burnt em down till the top of second which is like 40 something then I had to let out of it fun as hell. Im not worried about mine.

These cases are still hell tough. I believe parish went with the t-case out of a 2500hd when he upgraded to the 80e. When I went to 6.0 and 80e I just changed the input shaft on my t-case.

Funny thing is a local drive Tran shop said there is nothing different with the 2500 t-case and a 1500 auto track,(besides the input shaft) I'm still not sure if it is true, but with how easy the 80e input shaft fits the so called 60e t-case make me wonder.
BTW you got any pics of the inside of your transfercase?

Check out the torque ratings on these f-er's. The 261 has a lower torque rating, but higher vehicle weight.
