Default Tranfer case joint question

What is the strongest joints for the driveshfts on a 4l80. Not really technical right now but the part that attaches to the tranfercase and is part of the driveshaft. Where can i get them for the front and the rear. If your confused let me know and i will try to explain better. Thanks

are you talking about the yoke or the universal joint?
