Don't feel bad you're not the first guy to do this. We get calls all the time about exactly what happened to you. As far as your support team given you ****...that's what friends are for.

what was wrong vince? just not enough fluid, or does it just take a while to get going??

It sounds as if you were definitely low on oil. You said you put 4 more quarts in it and it was better. Then went to wally world to get more. With that info I would have to think you were definitely low on oil. Glad you got it up and running. Vince.
